AE2S has led multiple screening projects to remove potato solids from process water loops, enabling water reuse, including handling 2,500 GPM process water streams, screening 150,000 lbs/hr of potato peels, and managing 2.5 MGD of plant wastewater. In addition, AE2S provides 24/7 I&C and startup support for large capital projects across major systems like raw receiving, peelers, sorting, blanching, cutting, fryers, freezers, packaging, and palletizing.
