Advanced Engineering and Environmental Services, LLC (“AE2S”) has an internal talent acquisition team. From time to time, AE2S may supplement the internal capability with assistance from staffing agencies, placement services, and/or professional recruiters (“Agency”). It is the responsibility of all agencies to read this policy prior to contacting AE2S with candidate resumes. Agencies are hereby specifically directed not to contact AE2S employees directly in an attempt to present candidates – AE2S’s Talent Acquisition Team must present all candidates to hiring managers.
To protect the interests of all parties, AE2S will not accept unsolicited resumes from any source other than directly from a candidate. Any unsolicited resumes sent to AE2S, including unsolicited resumes sent to an AE2S mailing address, fax machine, or email address, directly to AE2S employees, or to AE2S’s database will be considered AE2S property. AE2S will NOT pay a fee for any placement resulting from the receipt of an unsolicited resume. AE2S will consider any candidate for whom an Agency has submitted an unsolicited resume to have been referred by the Agency free of any charges or fees.
Agency must obtain advance written approval from AE2S’s Talent Acquisition Team to submit resumes, and then only in conjunction with a valid fully executed placement agreement and assignment letter. AE2S will not pay a fee to any Agency that does not have such agreement in place.
AE2S works with a small group of Agencies on a select basis.
