The Need for the Project

The City of Bozeman retained AE2S to rehabilitate the Pear Street booster station. The project allows the City to maximize its use of Lyman Spring water, which requires no treatment and flows by gravity into a portion of the distribution system. The project includes distribution system modeling, pump sizing and replacement, piping selection, and pressure control valves that connect the City’s two largest pressure zones. Electrical, instrumentation and controls, and SCADA upgrades, as well as structural facility upgrades are also included.
