About the Project
Our client in Minnesota conducted an environmental audit and determined they lacked required spill prevention, control, and countermeasure (SPCC) and stormwater pollution prevention (SWPPP) plans. As a trusted advisor, they reached out to AE2S for assistance in quickly developing these plans.
Staff Knowledge Leads to Quick Turnaround
Although the client was following the recommended practices for SPCC and SWPPP, lack of written plans left them in an uncomfortable position. AE2S reacted quickly to their needs and used our knowledge of the site to develop written plans that met State requirements. We visited the site, used our knowledge of local stormwater conditions, and understanding of the industry’s business practices to develop the required plans. In part due to our prompt response, the client was quickly back into compliance and able to satisfy the requirements of both the State and the environmental audit.
