Comprehensive Assessment and Recommendations
The scope included review of old record drawings, performing on-site condition assessments, performing forensic analyses (evaluated options to rehabilitate or replace certain valves), and preparing a final report with recommendations and cost estimates. Our team provided a quick response to CSU to help with getting the necessary information needed for fiscal budgeting. AE2S provided process, electrical, and I&C engineers to help with the condition assessment. We also provided a material specialist that had previously tested valves to the point of failure and could provide CSU with Front Range valve experience in a variety of mountain pressure conditions (including extreme pressures).
